Would you rather:
A. Pay around $15.50 per person/$31.00
a couple for dinner (including an entree (meat, potato and vegetable), beverage, salad and dessert) by using half of
the money in our class account? (The other half of the money would be left over for future reunions).
OR
B. Pay around $25.00 per person/$50.00
a couple for the above dinner and put all of the money back into the account for future reunions?
EITHER WAY, THERE WILL BE MONEY LEFT OVER FOR FUTURE REUNIONS,
WE JUST HAVE TO DECIDE HOW MUCH.
There will be donation "boxes" available at the dinner for those who would like to contribute
to our class fund for future events.
RECENT QUESTIONS:
(as of April 23, 2005)
- We need people to help with the reunion events on Saturday. If you would like to help (setting
up, tearing down/cleaning, checking reservations,taking pictures, etc...) please let us know. We will be setting
up Saturday morning before (possibly after) the ice cream social. There aren't a lot of decorations, but we would like
for it to look nice as well! We also have to tear down and "clean" Hoover Pavilion before we leave that night.
If we get enough people to help, we can get it done quickly. We have been asked to leave the building "how we found
it". It shouldn't be to difficult and we would APPRECIATE some help! Besides, the quicker it gets finished, the
quicker we can move the party somewhere else!
- How would you feel about a memory table? We think it is a good idea, but we do not want anything
to happen to personal items. If you are willing to have things set out (photo albums, memorabilia, etc) let us
know. We will not be responsible for anything that may happen to the items. So, we are not sure if it
would be such a good idea or not. Let us know what you think??
