I remember trying to skip class and getting busted by Dr. Colvin...only
once, I swear!
I remember hanging out at the Boothill Parking Lot and
hiding our "beverages" when the cops drove by.
I remember Homecoming egg fights!
-Keena Reimer (Schmidt)
I remember on Fridays Dr. Colvin would walk down the hall and
tell everyone that "there were two more days until Monday."
-Mandy Brandenburg (Miller)
I remember driving around the school during lunch and after
school.
I remember the water balloon fights towards the last days of
school.
-Cherakee Becker
Let's see....What do I remember well? I remember
open lunches the opportunities they provided. House parties and cruising. What were we thinking? How fun
can going back and forth on Wyatt Earp be? I guess I may have a chance to relive the glory dayz soon enough.
-Michael Board
I remember: ....Mrs. Goff, my favorite, and the
slide shows she would show our French class of her family vacation to France...
...the bonfires during football
season.
...watching the football players when they would run past tennis practice.
...the drive-in.
...Mr.
Keeley bringing snakes to class and scaring the crap out of everyone.
...taking pictures of Jeremy Dirks in photography
class.
...Scott Grauerholz, Tim Benson and Shanon Klien acting like fools at McDonalds during lunch.
I have
many others... -Caroline Andrade (Hauck)
...watching Caroline checking out the football players during tennis practice.
Adriana Rios (Wissar)
I have tons of memories from good old DCHS....
I remember going to all the football and basketball games and we seemed to always have a winning team every year.
I can remember being the first freshman class to be at the high school, and one of the first people I met was LaRhonda.
I always loved how we won spirit week and hall decorations every single year and it always pissed off the upper classes!!
I remember being apart of the 1st softball team at DCHS!! If anyone had Mr. Keeley as a teacher, you all remember how
enthused he was everytime you found something interesting on a slide! I remember a certain rumor about Andrew Albrecht and
a certain body part... hey, how's it going Andrew! I took 4 years of Spanish, 3 years with Mrs. Avila, and all I remember from her is trying to get her to tell us words
then put them together to make a dirty phrase! Love ya Mrs. A! I remember Mrs. Goff being so nice to me all the
time and I never had her as a teacher! I can remember when I was in Track and I threw the javelin, and at the end of
practice we put them up in the guys locker room...... sorry for the guys I walked in on, it was an honest mistake!!!
I loved PE, especially when we got to mix the guys and girls, and we played ping pong or dodge ball.......sorry about those
low hits boys! I can remember a certain guy coming to the graduation rehearsal after our time capsule party the night
before with a hickey on his face from a certain German exchange student......you know who you were! I loved graduation, oh
wait, only thing I remember is Jeff Hiers and I drawing on those pieces of paper under our chairs......what were we suppose
to do with those things? Last but not least, I will never forget Brian Goolsby standing over my desk the day of our
final for Western History right infront of Mr. W trying to cheat off me!! Nice try Goolsby! Cant't wait
to see all of you again!!!
-Allison Horton
I remember the fun we had at the musical's.
I remember the fun times we had with Mrs. B in Class Act.
-Heather Lantz
We remember, at the Time Capsule Party, Camisha Conley telling us
that she could see into the future. She told us that she saw us married with children. We both laughed in her
face!...because at the time, we weren't even speaking to each other. Funny how things happen!! We owe you one,
Candy!
